Please read below carefully before scheduling your appointment. 

All deposits are non-refundable. 

General Rules

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required in order to secure your desired appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your appointment. There is no appointment without a deposit. All appointments must be made via website or booking link. If you are unable to make your appointment, you are to give notice to Vynisha 24 hours in advance. Anything less than 24 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Appointments cancelled within the required time frame must be rescheduled within 30 days of the prior scheduled appointment to avoid the loss of your deposit. In the event that an appointment has been paid in full, cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeit of your deposit. The remainder credit will be applied to any of the client’s future bookings and good for use within 30 days of the prior scheduled appointment. Please note that the rescheduling of any cancelled appointments are subject to my availability.

 

Balances must be paid via your confirmation email or in CASH upon arrival. ABSOLUTELY NO ECHECK PAYMENTS!

 

Studio directions will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Covid-19 Restrictions:

1. If you are feeling or showing any signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

2. If you have came in contact with anyone suffering from COVID-19, please do not book.

3. If you have a temperature above 99.5F appointment will be automatically rescheduled/canceled by circumstance. Temperature scan will be done upon arrival.

Housekeeping Rules

To ensure we achieve your best look, it is required that brows are groomed, and all unwanted facial hair removed prior to your appointment. 

 

Please no kids or additional persons are allowed unless they’re also being serviced!

 

It is very important that you communicate with Vynisha in the event that you are or will be running late. You will be given a 14-minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. A late fee of $15 will be applied to your balance if you are 15 minutes late. An additional dollar will be added for each minute you are late past the 15. Example: If you are 25 minutes late the late fee will be $25 At 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled indefinitely. 

Any photographs or videos taken will be solely used for promotional purposes ONLY via social media and(or) this website before and(or) after makeup application.

 

Please note: Once you are late appointments are only guaranteed upon availability. Being late will ultimately risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled.

 

Availability

Appointments can be booked no more than 30 days in advance with the exception of bridal bookings which can be done up to 3 months in advance. The booking app accurately reflects my availability. Appointments outside of my availability are considered specialty appointments and are available upon request and at an additional cost once I am available. Contact Vynisha to discuss further details.

Quince/Sweet 16 Party
